2.To monitor systems implemented and to ensure the regulatory qualifications are conducted in a consistent manner.
3.To supervise staff to ensure a smooth, efficient and profitable operation of all outlets.
4.To allocate duties to staff.
5.To set out working procedures to ensure a smooth, efficient and profitable operation in all outlets.
6.To prepare duty roster.
7.To initiate and implement process enhancement and productivity improvement progress.
8.To identify opportunities for co-marketing and PR leverage.
9.To provide leadership to staff.
10.Is responsible for recruitment of staff.
11.To cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system.
12.To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities.
