• Knowledge of latest technologies in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of cost optimization, value engineering of the project.
• Provide direction and leadership to the marketing / Sales/ Business Development plans and programs
• Working to meet and exceed revenue / collection targets and goals assigned to the territory (Need to mention the metrics)

• Establish appropriate pricing for products across the products
• Review the strategy and creative for all creative projects and manage agencies to ensure messaging and creative are consistent with brand portfolio strategy
• Monitor marketing budgets by reviewing plans and analyzing results with mar
